We’ve been through a lot of nightmares with contractors. It’s too much to post here. We finally found one, which is fantastic. I’m hesitant to share because I want her calendar open for our other projects, but I’d feel wrong not sharing if it saves people some of the nightmares we’ve experienced. She’s reliable, does excellent work at a great price, and, if something’s off, makes things right if they aren’t, even eight months later, at no cost to you. You can’t find that integrity around here these days. She’s also licensed. You’re welcome—my good deed for the day.
