We oversee the renovation process from start to finish, whether your project involves investing in a property for remodeling and selling or giving your home an upgrade to make it more enjoyable.
We control day-to-day operations, schedule weekly tasks, manage subcontractors, and ensure the quality of the process.

Service process:
- The client contacts us and requests a meeting.
- We meet with the client and jointly review their project needs and ideas.
- We discuss needs and ideas with experts in each area.
- We generate a preliminary project
- Adjustments are discussed, if necessary, and a final proposal with a budget is presented for approval.
- The client approves the final proposal, and a contract is signed.
- All necessary permits are requested from the city along with all documentation previously completed by LIMARCAR REMODELING.
- Once the permit is received, a work schedule is created, and a project manager is assigned to the project.
Note: We can refer an interior designer if assistance in choosing materials is desired.
